Mesh sacred geometry with the four elements to enable all of your physical creations to be imbued with the Divine. Activate a room or a building, increasing the vibration for protection of all those within. Create a temple of worship/sacred space.

Sound Meditation

Time: 7:30 PM

Location - Mahwah, NJ This workshop will look at the use of sound and toning in the Buddhist, Hindu and Kabballistic traditions. We will investigate how sounds and mantras are used in the various meditation practices. We will delve into the significance of certain sounds in the different traditions. We will learn how to generate and use sound to enhance our own private meditations. This workshop will include both theory and practice. It will be experiential so that each participant will leave knowing at least one new technique that he/she will be able to incorporate into his/her own meditation practice right away.
